Pre contract guideline for purchasing

Our company provides IT sales & services. Equipment sold includes new and used computers with full warranty and support.

Prices for all products include VAT. Any price shown on our website is indicative of real time stock, availability and price.

Payment can be made via the following methods: Credit card (3% surcharge), debit card (no surcharge), Cheque , Postal order or instore by cash.

We also offer Able 2 Buy finance, subject to credit status.

Leasing & Rental options available.

Customers can expect their delivery within two weeks or placing an order unless otherwise agreed.

If goods are unavailable we will substitute goods of equivalent quality and price.

If substitute goods are not acceptable, we will pay for the return of the goods and a refund arranged.

Prices shown on our website are indicative of real time stock, availability and price. Any offer or price quoted will be valid for two weeks from the date given.

With regards to distance selling via Internet or telephone our customers have the right to return goods for a refund within 30 days of receipt. The cost of delivery will be born by the customer, we may arrange the most cost effective way to get the goods back to us. The goods must be packaged well, fully secured and correctly labelled. The goods must be in original condition with all cables, manuals, disks, etc included.The customer should notify us in writing in the event of cancellation.

Except where otherwise stated.  Goods carry twelve months warranty from date of purchase. This is RTB warranty, whereby faulty goods are returned by the customer.

ABCOM will cover the costs of the carriage via courier or by mail.

Repairs are carried out by us and returned free of charge back to the customer.

Third party repairs must be agreed with us in advance.

We are happy to advise on any aspect of goods bought from us regarding upgrades, peripherals etc.
After sales support is avaiable to all our customers.
