Do you offer any guarantees or compensation for service outages?

Our providers have service level agreements (SLAs) which detail any guarantees or compensations in the event of service outages. However, its best to say that the actual compensation is always very low.
If any downtime is a major factor that could severely affect your business, then let us know ASAP and we can evaluate what potential solutions would work for you.
