Background

Our client formed in 2016 and covers transport around the West Sussex area. They help local people who have difficulty accessing public transport due to their age, disability, or because of a lack of adequate services in the area. 

The Situation

The charity needed an easy to use, efficient email and phones system to keep in touch with their drivers and other staff members. With drivers all over the county it’s important to ensure they had consistent up time, and a support network to keep their services running
