When to contact us

Our standard office hours are:

  • 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Outside these hours, monitoring and automation continue to run, and out-of-hours or emergency support may be available depending on your agreement.

What to include when you get in touch

To help us respond efficiently, it can be useful to include:

  • Your organisation name
  • Whether you are a business or a charity
  • A brief description of what you’d like help with
  • Any time sensitivity (for example, upcoming renewals or issues)

This isn’t essential, but it helps us direct your enquiry appropriately.

We encourage early contact, particularly where organisations are approaching contract renewals or planning changes.
