Copilot Studio is a low-code Microsoft tool that allows organisations to customise Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and build secure, business-specific AI copilots.
It enables businesses to tailor Copilot to their own data, processes, and scenarios, as well as create standalone Copilots for internal use, such as IT support, HR queries, or policy guidance — all with built-in security, access controls, and analytics.
Copilot Studio is built on Microsoft’s Power Platform (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and integrates with Azure OpenAI and other Microsoft AI services, making it suitable for both IT teams and business users.
