Our managed IT agreements have a minimum term of one year, with a 3-month cooling-off period at the start. If the service isn’t right for you in those first three months, you can leave. We’d rather keep clients because they’re happy than because of a contract.
What to know about leaving
- The minimum term, cooling-off period and notice arrangements are set out clearly in your agreement before you sign.
- If something isn’t working, tell your account manager first. Most issues can be fixed quickly once we know about them.
- If you do decide to leave, we’ll hand over your passwords, documentation and admin access professionally to your new provider.
Separate contracts to check
Some services, such as broadband, leased lines and phone lines, are supplied under carrier contracts with their own fixed terms. We’ll always explain these before you commit.
