How do you monitor our devices?

We install a small, secure monitoring agent on each computer and server. It checks health, security, updates, disk space and backups around the clock. If something looks wrong, such as a failing drive, a missed update or suspicious activity, we’re alerted and can often fix it before you notice.

The agent can’t see your personal files or screen unless an engineer starts a remote session with your permission.
