You need three things:
- A Copilot licence: each user needs an active Microsoft 365 Copilot licence.
- Organisation opt-in: your organisation must opt in to Frontier in the Microsoft 365 admin centre. It is not on by default.
- User access: your IT admin decides which users and agents can use it.
Once it is enabled, Frontier features show up with a “Frontier” label in Copilot Chat, in the Agent Store, and inside apps such as Word and Excel. Some features need the Current or Insider update channel. If you’re an ABCOM managed client, we can switch Frontier on for a pilot group for you.
