After collection, every item is logged, data-wiped or destroyed, then reused or recycled through trusted, licensed partners. Nothing goes to landfill if it can be avoided.

What happens, step by step

  1. Secure transport with a documented chain of custody from your premises.
  2. Logging: each device is scanned and recorded against your collection.
  3. Data sanitisation: drives are certified-wiped or physically shredded.
  4. Reuse where possible: working equipment is refurbished and resold, which can return value to you, or donated to local charities and community groups.
  5. Recycling: anything that can’t be reused is broken down and recycled in line with the WEEE Regulations.
  6. Paperwork: you receive your certificates and audit list.
