Copilot Cowork is the part of Microsoft 365 Copilot that does work for you, rather than just suggesting what to do. You describe the result you want. Cowork then plans the steps and carries them out across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and SharePoint.
For example, it can draft and send emails, schedule meetings, create documents, run research and prepare daily briefings. It asks for your approval before important actions such as sending an email.
Microsoft built it with Anthropic, using the technology behind Claude Cowork. It is generally available for work accounts. Some extras, such as its app-building feature, are still in Frontier preview.
