Microsoft Scout is a new AI desktop app for Windows 11 and macOS that works in the background on your behalf. It connects to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. It can also work with files on your computer and control a web browser. It can run tasks on a schedule and remembers your preferences. It asks for approval before sensitive actions such as sending email or running commands.
Scout is currently an experimental Frontier release. It needs Frontier enrolled, device policies set up by your IT admin, and each user to opt in. Because it can act on your computer as well as in Microsoft 365, we recommend a controlled pilot before wider use.
