How does IT equipment asset financing work?

IT equipment asset financing allows businesses to spread the cost of hardware such as laptops, desktops, servers, and networking equipment over a fixed period, rather than paying the full amount upfront.

Instead of purchasing equipment outright, the cost is divided into regular monthly payments, typically over 12, 24, 36, or 48 months. This helps businesses manage cash flow while still accessing the technology they need.

At ABCOM, asset financing is arranged through trusted third-party finance providers. We help customers select the right equipment and term length, while the finance agreement is held directly between the customer and the finance provider.

Key benefits of asset financing include:

  • Predictable monthly costs

  • Improved cash flow and budgeting

  • Access to up-to-date business-grade IT equipment

  • The option to refresh or upgrade technology at the end of the term

Asset financing can be used for hardware alone or in combination with software, helping businesses align technology investments with ongoing support and security.

Finance availability is subject to approval and terms set by the finance provider.

ABCOM does not provide financial advice, but we are happy to explain the options and guide you through the process.
